Argalasti is a village in the municipality of South Pelion, in the Magnesia regional unit of Thessaly, Greece, at an elevation of 250 metres and 28 km in a straight line from Volos. At the 2021 census it had 1,173 inhabitants.

Argalasti is a village and a former municipality in Magnesia, Thessaly, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality South Pelion, of which it is the seat and a municipal unit. The municipal unit has an area of 74.820 km2. It is built on a fertile plateau, 40 km southeast of Volos. It is an important commercial and tourism center of the area with a rich cultural tradition.
